Week 11: Final Reporting & Exit Presentation
Work Placement Experience
In my final week at Trekking Team Pvt. Ltd., I focused on wrapping up my internship by compiling and presenting a comprehensive summary of my contributions and insights. The goal was to assess the impact of my work and offer strategic suggestions that the company could implement moving forward.
I was tasked with preparing a marketing performance report that reflected activities from across the internship. This included:
Campaign performance analysis, particularly return on ad spend (ROAS), click-through rates (CTR), and engagement trends.
Evaluation of SEO progress, keyword rankings, and lead conversion sources.
Analysis of client feedback, including Net Promoter Score insights and customer satisfaction metrics linked to sustainability features.
I also delivered an exit presentation to the Marketing Head and the Sustainability Officer, summarizing these insights, my role across departments, and recommendations for Q3 and Q4 campaigns. This presentation not only served as a performance recap but also marked a formal transition of ownership for certain campaign strategies that I had contributed to during the internship.
